(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachments and restore the waterway and public passage located nearby their lands comprised in S.F.Nos.1895/1C2, 1895/4C, 1896/1B, 1895/1B, 1902/2A, 1534/1, 1534/1A3, 1534/1D1, 1534/1G, 1534/11, 1534/12, 1538/3, 1800 and 1900/5 of Pilakotaiparai Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioners' representation, dated 30.03.2021. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 has submitted that the encroachments have already been removed and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.A8/961/2021, dated 27.07.2021, issued by the fourth respondent, before this Court. 3.The said submission is not refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
