2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.249 of 2013 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi on 30.03.2015 and the same has not yet been taken on file.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
