The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the Writ Petition and the affidavit, the petitioner by mistakenly has stated that she seeks approval for B.T Assistant, instead of P.G Assistant and therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.8814 of 2021 `2.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition for the very same relief. No costs.
