ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation / objection given by the petitioner on 03.04.2021 before entertaining any document for registration pertaining to the subject property.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed, dated 04.04.2014. The apprehension of the petitioner is that some third parties are attempting to create documents and deal with the property belonging to the petitioner. The petitioner, therefore, made a protest petition before the second respondent and requested the second respondent not to entertain any document without considering the protest petition. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

3. Heard Mr.P.Senthoorpandi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.K.Sathiyasingh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the protest petition given by the petitioner on 03.04.2021 before entertaining any document for registration pertaining to the subject property and thereafter, take a decision with regard to the registration of the document in accordance with law.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
