Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to suspension of sentence passed in S.T.C.No.2462 of 2012 dated 16/02/2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kumbakonam by confirming the Criminal Appeal No.16 of 2018 dated 14/12/2018 on the file of the learned Additional District Court(Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam enlarged the petitioner on bail.

Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 2224/ 2019 :

To grant Exemption to the petitioner from surrendering in S.T.C.No.2462 of 2012 dated 16/02/2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate NO.2, Kumbakonam, by confirming the Criminal Appeal No.16 of 2018 dated 14/12/2018 on the file of the Learned Additional District Court(Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam enlarged the petitioner on Bail.

PRAYER IN CRL RC(MD) No.132 of 2019:

To set aside order passed in S.T.C.No.2462 of 2012 dated 16.02.2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kumbakonam by confirming the Criminal Appeal No.16 of 2018 dated 14/12/2018 on the file of the learned Additional District Court, Kumbakonam.
