PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.02.2025 within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 1/5

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, she is the owner of Grenns Ayurvedic Spa central, Karur. While so, seeking no objection certificate from the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Karur, the petitioner sent the representation dated 19.02.2025. but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner sent the representation, dated 19.02.2025. But at the time of completing the NOC, the petitioner has not even included her educational certificate and other certificates. Therefore, they are unable to proceed with the 2/5

petitioner's request. If the petitioner produces the appropriate records, then they will consider the representation, in accordance with law. 4.The learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent would submit that he is only a formal party to this petition. As far as the NOC is concerned, the respondents 1 and 2 have to consider the petitioner's representation.

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent and produce all the relevant records and therefore, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and issue appropriate certificates based on the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. 24.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
