This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein tto investigate the case in Crime NO.222 of 2012 and file a final report before the concerned Court within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime NO.222 of 2012 is completed and charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.104 of 2014, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
