O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned suspension order dated 22.07.2015 passed by the Managing Director, Thoothukudi District Consumer Co-operative, Whole sale stores 0961, Thoothukudi, the third respondent herein.

2. As this Court has repeatedly held, more particularly in the light of Larger Bench Judgment of this Court in Marappan K. v. The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Namakkal, reported in [2006(4) CTC 689] no writ petition will lie relating to Cooperative Societies and therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

3.In the light of the same, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. However it is left open to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum if so advised. Connected Miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. The Registry is directed to return the original order.
