The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to restore Patta No.43, in favour of the petitioner, which according to the petitioner has been illegally transferred in the names of the respondents 6 to 9 by the 2/5

proceedings of the fourth respondent. The petitioner has given a representation dated 08.03.2024 and another representation dated 22.01.2025, to the third respondent Tahsildar. 2.Considering the fact that the second respondent is the competent authority to pass orders on the petitioner's application for cancellation of patta issued to respondents 6 to 9, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondents 6 to 9 for cancellation of patta within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
