PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent made in M.H.S.Confdl.No.46/2022 dated 08.04.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu namely, Ramkumar @ Kumarpandian, son of Singadurai, aged about 38 years (now detained at the Central Prison, Palayamkottai) before this Court and set him at liberty.
