This petition is filed to direct the respondent to give police protection for the petitioner, family members and her properties, based on the petitioner representation, dated 22.11.2016. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.11.2016, the respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.537 of 2016 under Sections 109, 341, 294(b), 323, 354 and 506(ii) IPC, on 11.12.2016 and thereafter, the based on the statement made by the petitioner, the case was closed as civil in nature.
