made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition in paragraph No.6(a) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3108 of 2024, dated 06.03.2024 directing her to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2024 or any other bank account. 2.The petitioner has moved this application on the ground that the account number mentioned in the order dated 06.03.2024 is not in operation. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) after verification, submits that the amount may be deposited in A/c No.32860118212. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the condition in paragraph No.6(a) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.3108 of 2024, dated 06.03.

2024, is modified to the effect that "(a) As per the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the credit of the Government Adidravider High School, Koppampatti, School Development and Management Committee, Account No.32860118212, State Bank of India, Cantonment, Trichy without prejudice to her rights and contentions before the trial Court and the petitioner is directed to produce the receipt/acknowledgment before the trial Court".
