Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents. 2.Today, Mr.P.Saseendran, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Kadayalamoodu Police Station, is present before this Court. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.51/2015 has been completed and the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Kuzhithurai. Since the closure report was not received by the petitioner, the same has been pasted on his door in the presence of the Village Administrative Officer. A copy of the closure report has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
