O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/ respondent for his willful disobedience and non compliance of the order, passed by this Court, made in Crl.OP(MD)No.15559 of 2020, dated 23.12.2020.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the order of this Court, dated 23.12.2020, final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-No.II, Usilampatti, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.80 of 2021 and it was posted to 22.03.2022 for the examination of prosecution side witnesses. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Since the order of this Court, dated 23.12.2020, has been complied by the respondent/contemnor herein, this Contempt Petition is closed and the contemnor/respondent is discharged.
