This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of recovery of loan amount.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the Manager of the Pandian Grama Bank, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. Hence there is no question of harassment by the respondent.

4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
