This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 04.05.2018 and subsequently, conduct investigation in accordance with law and also to lay the final report forthwith after concluding the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during the enquiry, no evidence has been placed to substantiate the allegations made in the complaint and the petitioner's daughter viz., Uma was also enquired and she has also not produced any materials to prove the allegations made in the complaint and therefore, the said complaint was closed.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
