This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere into the existing civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.11.2016 pending before the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. Hence there is no question of interference in the civil dispute of the petitioner.
