Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 02.05.2018 seeking for the reduction of the upset price for the bar attached to the TASMAC Shop No.6743, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District has not been considered by the respondents till date and hence he has filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have not received any such representation from the petitioner and if any such representation is received the same would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In the light of the above submissions, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh representation to the third respondent ventilating his grievance and on receipt of such representation, the third respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is ordered. No costs.
