No.5985 of 2020 dt.15.6.2020 and pass such other order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 15.06.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days. During the total lock down period, he could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

CRL MP(MD) No.3543 of 2020 3.Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 15.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5985 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
