O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 07.03.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, the private respondents threatened the petitioner due to dispute with regard to the family cemetery. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 07.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, the respondent police assigned C.S.R.No.189 of 2025 and issued summons to both the parties. But the petitioner has not cooperated for enquiry and not even appeared for enquiry. If the petitioner 2/5

appears for enquiry, they will conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.

5.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation to the second respondent for the life threat made by the private respondents, but the same has not been considered. According to the second respondent, they received the petitioner's representation and issued summons to both the parties, but the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry. 6.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent for enquiry on 28.03.2025 and thereafter, the petitioner's representation shall be disposed of by the second respondent within a period of one week thereon, in accordance with law. 3/5
