PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to direct the 1st respondent and his police officials that not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the 3rd respondent's complaint and further to direct the 2nd respondent and his police officials that not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry without following due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the third respondent herein who is the brother of the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 21.02.2026 and the same was enquired into and closed on 25.02.2026 and there is no further enquiry.
