No.5985 of 2020 dt.15.6.2020 in so far as petitioner payable the payment of Rs.4,00,000/-(Rupees four lakhs only) as non-refundable compensation, by way of Demand Draft in favour of "The Dean, Government Medical College, Hospital Karur District" for the purpose of providing facilities to the Health workers. 2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there is no ground to modify the aforesaid condition.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed and the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 4 Lakhs in favour of the Dean, Government Medical College Hospital, Karur District, on or before 31.07.2020.
