O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent Police not to harass the Petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry without following the due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the respondents 2 and 3, an enquiry was conducted and that the Petitioner was put to harassment by often calling him for enquiry. It is also represented that a Civil Suit in O.S.No.459 of 2015 is pending on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Petitioner was not harassed by the first respondent Police. According to the first respondent-Police, though a complaint was received, on enquiry by the first respondent/Police, it was found that the case is purely civil in nature. Hence the complaint was closed by directing the parties to go before the Civil Court to get appropriate relief for their dispute.

5.In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that no further order is required in this Criminal Petition and hence, the same stands closed.
