ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that these writ petitions are filed challenging the order of suspension.
Pending writ petitions, after completion of disciplinary proceedings, the petitioners were dismissed from service and appeal filed by the petitioners, were allowed and they were reinstated into service and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions.
2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, permission is granted and the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
