This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent police 1 & 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1&2.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
