This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to enquire about the petitioner's complaint, dated 14.05.2018 and to register the case against the accused. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report before this Court and submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired by the second respondent and after enquiry, the second respondent advised the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court to redress his grievance. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
