When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State reports that the son of the petitioner was arested in connection with the Crime No.67 of 2025 by the Adiyaman Kottai Police, Dharmapuri District. He is presently confined in the District Prison, Dharmapuri.

2.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
