[Order of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.] This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the application in I.A.No.329/2020 which was heard and reserved for the orders on 03.09.2021 within a time frame.

This writ petition was entertained because there was no Presiding Officer in the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai. Now, the Presiding Officer has been appointed and he has also taken charge with effect from 30.06.2023.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, for redressal of their grievance. No costs.
