This petition has been filed to call for the records relating in Crime No.35 of 2009, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Keelavalavu police Station, Madurai District and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle as follows: "I permit to withdraw the petition liberty to file a fresh petition."
