This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the warrant issued against the respondent No.1/accused by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Kovilpatti in C.C.No.57 of 2016, within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the second respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the 1st respondent/accused was already surrendered before the trial Court and subsequently the warrant issued against him was recalled.
