ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- By Order, dated 22.07.2020 this Court directed the petitioners to deposit jointly a sum of Rs.1,00,000(Rupees One Lakh Only) to the credit of the Crime No.457 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, within a period of One week.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that, earlier, he seek time to deposit the amount, wherein, wrongly typed as 'the petitioners shall jointly deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh Only) to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20' and hence, the petitioners are not able to deposit the amount. He seeks further time to deposit the amount and to execute the sureties.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to deposit jointly a sum of Rs.1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) to the credit of the Crime No.457 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and time is extended by Two weeks to comply with the condition and to execute the sureties.
