This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the respondent herein to file the final report in Crime No.40 of 2020 on his file, before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 40 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and the same has been taken cognizance in STC No.7484 of 2021.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
