For Petitioners : Mr.M.Pitchai Muthu For R2 and R3 : Mr.A.P.Balasubramani Government Advocate (Criminal side) COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to execute the Non-Bailable warrant issued against the 1st respondent by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy, Trichy District, dated 29.08.2016 in C.C.No.27 of 2011 as well as in STC No.2680 of 2011.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the 1st respondent has been secured by the 3rd responent on 06.01.2017 and he was produced before the Judicial Magistrate on 07.01.2017 and remanded to Judicial Custody.
3.Recording the above submission, these petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
