2.Mr.Ashok Gopinath, Manager working in the office of Sub Registrar (Administration), District Registrar Office, Madurai South submits that the benefits payable to the petitioner herein have been substantially settled and that only a sum of Rs.2,400/- alone remains to be paid. He informs the Court that this amount also will be paid within a period of two weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the order of this Court has been substantially complied with, this contempt petition is closed.
