ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the direct the respondent police to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued on 03.08.2016, against the accused No.8 in C.C.No.2 of 2016, on the file of Special Court for TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, warrant against A8, Thavamuthu was executed and the accused was remanded to judicial custody on 13.02.2017, by the concerned Magistrate.
