O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the Tahsildar, Tuticorin, the 1st respondent herein, to pass appropriate orders in the proceedings in RTR/752/2014, on his file, within a stipulated period, in the light of the representation, dated 05.02.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the impleading petitioner would only contend that he has got right to say, as he is questioning the very partition deed and the Tahsildar can enquire the matter only in their presence.

4. The petitioner only would state that patta has not been granted inspite of the documents being produced.

5.Now that the objector is also come. The objector is directed to appear and submit his application before the Tahsildar and the Tahsildar is directed to give notice to both the parties, enquire them and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
