This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and his family members and harassed them under the guise of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that already two previous cases are pending against

the petitioner.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
