ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / accused no. 2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 420, 379 and 506 (i) of I.P.C. in Crime No.11 of 2017 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner had earlier applied anticipatory bail. But the same was dismissed on 15.03.2018. There is absolutely no change in circumstances.

3.This Court had on the earlier occasion observed that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is warranted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
