2. I find that the civil revision petition has been filed to implement the order made in I.A.No.3 of 2023 from the date of filing of IA. It is seen that the respondent has taken care of the educational expenses of the child. The respondent has shown his bonafides. In C.R.P.(MD)No.988 of 2024 filed by wife, I have directed that husband have to pay the maintenance from the date of filing of IA. Therefore, no interference is warranted in this civil revision petition.
