Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALEXANDER J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22950 of 2022, dated 13.02.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified. sd/- 30/03/2023 / TRUE COPY / /04/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
