The Husband being aggrieved by missing of his wife is 28 years old is before this Court seeking Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. We have also perused the records.

3. The respondent police reports that due to family dispute, the wife of the petitioner has left the company of the petitioner and the same been informed to the petitioner also, being found her in home.

4. The Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner did not informed about whereabouts of his wife and he will workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
