To call for the records of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul pertaining to its judgment dated 11.12.2020 in Crl.A.No.13 of 2020 confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul in its judgment dated 24.01.2020 in C.C.No.6 of 2018 and set aside the judgments of Court below acquit the petitioner. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUL JENIFER.A., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State Government for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2608 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.260 of 2021, dated 26.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2608 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.260 of 2021, dated 26.03.2021 regularly and he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3.Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for State has strongly opposed to modify the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2608 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.260 of 2021, dated 26.03.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in three months i.e. on the first working day of every three month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
