This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner by insisting her to remove the rain water outlets from the terrace of her building bearing Door No.16, Pillaiyar Sannathi Street, Sathankulam, Thoothukudi District thereby interfering civil matter.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that neither a case has been registered nor petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Hence, there is no harassment by the respondent. 4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
