O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 2.The learned Standing counsel pleaded persistently that she wants time in this case, since they have engaged the learned Additional Advocate General to lead them.

3.I am of the view that considering the nature of relief sought for in the writ petition, there is no need to grant the said request for adjournment. The petitioner is asking for considering the representation dated 06.06.2020. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation. I make it clear that I have not at all gone into the merits of the case. It is for the third respondent to pass orders in the manner which he deems fit as per law. I have not in any way tied the hands of the third respondent. 4.This writ petition is disposed of on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
