The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2021 pending on the file of Family court, Ariyalur, and transfer the same to Family Court, Trichy District.

2.The name of the respondent being printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2021 from Family court, Ariyalur, to Family Court, Trichy District. The Family Court, Trichy District, shall endeavour to bring closure to the dispute between the parties within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observation, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
