ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC, in Crime No.138 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2018 for offences under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC. The petitioner is having two previous cases which is of the year 2017. This Court went through the medical records of the petitioner. It is seen that the petitioner is a drug addict, which has caused over behavioural changes. Therefore, it is not safe to release the petitioner. 4.Taking note of the serious allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
