This petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.139 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since prima facie materials are available against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to quash the charge sheet. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11975 of 2016 is closed. However, the personal appearance of the petitioners in C.C.No.139 of 2016 is dispensed with and he is directed to appear before the trial court, when his presence is required by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District.
