Seeking to withdraw and transfer the case in C.C No. 14 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District to be tried along with the case in S.C No. 155 of 2021 on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Theni, this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that already 10 witnesses have been examined, only four witnesses are there to be examined, and hence, at this stage, a transfer is unwarranted.
