O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R. against the proposed accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.01.2016 within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 13.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and a copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
