ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.11.2016 consequently directing the respondent to investigate and to file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
